The Basics
Delivery is within 3-7 working days of your order being placed. Please be aware that during busy periods this can be longer.
Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
How do I track my order?
Delivery is fully tracked - we will email you tracking details once the item has been packed and left the warehouse. Our chosen courier will also send you separate delivery updates..
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Firstly you should find the tracking information you were provided when your order was shipped and check this for the estimated delivery date. Please note this is just estimate and the item may arrive earlier or be delayed.
If your item still has not arrived by this date, please allow for a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times).
If your order still doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
Collection
We offer collection from Bramley (Leeds) and Mexborough (Doncaster).
All collection orders are arranged via the website including date and times for collection.
