Refund policy
General Returns Terms & Conditions
We only accept returns within 14 days from when the item was delivered or collected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging any unpacked items will be refused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stardustdeals.com If your return is accepted, we will then ask that you pay the return postage for the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note we only offer exchanges or credits.
Responsibility
Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so please make sure they are packed properly and sent tracked. Please ensure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about the return at a later date. All items must be returned back to us within 7 days once approved.
Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any issues reported after the 7 day return window will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues.
